REGISTRATION

As we return to the core spirit of the AJ, this year's registration fee will be just $20.00, INCLUDING the 2026 AJ beanie.  

 

Registration is open online now and will be open February 28th-March 28th in town at the Alpineer.  Race day registration, on Sunday March 29th, is from 8am-10am at the Chamber of Commerce building at the 4-way and from 8am-12noon on the mountain at the Adventure Center/Main Ticket Office.

All registered racers must pick up their race bib and sign the event waiver at the Adventure Center/Main Ticket Office on the race day, March 29th, from 8am-12noon.  If you registered online, you will also pick up your beanie with your race bib.

Not a Season Pass Holder?  Lift tickets are available the morning of the race.  You will need to be registered in the AJ, present your race bib at the ticket counter, and be able to purchase a $70 "competitor" lift ticket good for all day Sunday.

 

THE RACE

We will all gather at 12noon on Sunday March 29th at the bottom of the North Face Lift for final costume preparation and the White Carpet, time to allow the judges to see everyone.  Race starts at 12:45pm with the call of the trumpet.

 

After the sun soaked celebration at the race finish at the bottom of the Last Steep, we will gather around 4pm at Rooster's, directly behind the Butte 66 Bar and Grille, for the awards ceremony and a party led by DJ Mijo.

 

Climbing skins that are gathered at the top of the climb will be available for pick up at the party at Rooster's.
